Okay, listen up, everyone!

[ Usagi's tone sounds as perky as usual, even over the journals. ]

I'm not sure how many of you know this yet, but.. Ami's birthday is coming up pretty soon! You guys know Ami, right? I'm talking about Ami Mizuno, my really good friend!

Anyways, her birthday is September 10th, which is this Saturday, right? I didn't know how many of you she had told that yet, so I thought I'd tell everyone over these to make sure you all know.. Let's all try our best to be extra nice to her on that day, okay? I know it might be a little bit more difficult to think of presents or get them here, so you don't have to buy one if it's too hard. I'm sure Ami-chan would already be really happy if people would just tell her 'happy birthday'! I'm going to work really hard on a present for her though, so please cheer me on!

[ She pauses for a moment, seemingly pondering about something, before she talks on. ]

Also.. Does anyone know if Luceti Land will come back sometime? I thought it was sort of fun, so I'll miss it..

Ah, really?! I was afraid maybe we wouldn't have enough people for it, but apparently quite some people know Ami-chan!

She does know a lot of people. If everybody helps, it shouldn't be too difficult.

I guess it's only natural! Ami-chan is a really nice person, so of course she'd have a lot of friends! [ Never mind the fact that she had none back home before Usagi showed up, but. ]

I'll help out for sure too! We still have a week, so it should be possible, right..?

Of course. [It's Lucy's opinion that Ami must've always had loads of friends.]

Oh, definitely. We'd just have to gather everybody up, pick a place to hold it, and then decorate.

I guess we could have it at Ami-chan and my house, but then someone would have to distract her and get her out of the house for a bit so I can decorate and get the food there.. [ She seems to be considering it, though. ]

If it's too much trouble, we could always hold it somewhere else--we could always use my flat. [Though a house would probably be preferable, space-wise.]

Maybe if you invited her out on some sort of pretext--like going to the bakery to get her a cake--and then by the time you've picked one out and come back, everything will be done?

Oh-- that's a good idea, actually! [ she nods to herself. ] I like cake a whole lot, so Ami-chan probably won't find it suspicious..

Wonderful! Maybe you could stall for time a little while you're there, come to think of it. . .

That's all in order, then! What else do we need to plan? [She feels like they've missed something. Maybe a lot of things.]

Hmm.. Well, if it's going to be a big party, we would probably need lots of food too, right?

[ Usagi, not everyone has a bottomless stomach like you.. ]

Oh, yes, of course. So we'd need a place to put it all. People could bring food too, if they want. That could make things a little easier.

Oh, that's right! If everyone brings something small, we might end up having a big pile of food in the end when we put it all together!

It'll save us the trouble too. Though maybe we should prepare some extra, just in case.

Hmm.. Do you have any specific kind of food you like, maybe?
